Welcome to Fibroids Freedom (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, fibroidsfreedom.com (“Site”), and any purchase made through our online store. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.
1. Use of Our Site
You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not:

2. Orders & Payments
A. Product Purchases
By placing an order, you agree to:

Provide complete and accurate information (including full shipping address and apartment/unit numbers)

Understand that orders are subject to availability
The customer is fully responsible for ensuring their shipping information is correct at checkout.
B. Pricing & Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party processors

We may cancel an order if payment is declined or flagged
3. Shipping, Delivery & Failed Deliveries
A. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by carrier, location, customs, and external factors outside our control.
Once an order has been dispatched, shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or incorrect addresses are not the responsibility of Fibroids Freedom.
B. Customer Responsibility for Accurate Addresses
Customers must provide:

A correct & complete delivery address at checkout

Apartment numbers, suites, PO Box details where applicable

Delivery instructions (if required)
Fibroids Freedom is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses

Missing apartment or unit numbers
-
Recipient not being available
-
Failure to collect from a pickup point
-
Refusal of delivery
C. Returned to Sender / Failed Delivery
If a parcel is returned to us due to a customer error (including incomplete address, non-collection, or delivery refusal):

We will notify you once the parcel is received back at our warehouse

We will offer a reshipment at the buyer’s cost OR
-
A refund minus shipping fees, if the product is unused and in original condition
Investigations may be required depending on the courier.
D. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
If a parcel is lost, damaged, or delayed due to a courier issue:

We will open a formal investigation with the courier
-
Replacements or refunds will be issued only after the investigation is completed
-
Customers must contact us directly before opening a dispute or chargeback
E. Delivery to Incorrect, Incomplete, or Outdated Addresses
By placing an order on our website, the customer agrees and acknowledges the following:

The customer is fully responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout, including apartment numbers, unit numbers, building names, postal codes, and any required delivery instructions.

Fibroids Freedom does not modify or correct addresses on behalf of customers.

Orders will be shipped exactly to the address submitted at checkout.

If an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address is entered by the customer, Fibroids Freedom is not responsible for:

Failed delivery
-
Delays
-
Lost parcels
-
Parcels delivered to old or incorrect addresses

Parcels requiring pickup due to unavailable recipients
-
If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address and the parcel is returned to sender:

The customer will be notified once the parcel arrives back at our warehouse.

The customer may request:
-
Reshipment (shipping fees to be paid by the customer), OR
-
Refund for the product minus original shipping fees, and only if the product is in unused, sellable condition.

If the parcel is NOT returned to us (e.g., lost due to customer error):
No refund or replacement will be issued.
F. Responsibility for Delivery & Pickup
Once a parcel has been delivered to:

the address provided
-
a mailroom
-
a reception
-
a parcel locker
-
a post office
-
a courier pickup point
the order is considered successfully delivered, even if:
-
the customer is unavailable to receive it
-
the customer fails to pick it up
-
the customer has moved from the delivery address
-
the customer no longer resides at the address provided
Customers who relocate after ordering are responsible for updating the courier or arranging redirection.
4. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution Policy
To protect both the customer and Fibroids Freedom, the following applies:
A. Chargebacks for Orders Still in Transit or Awaiting Pickup
Customers agree NOT to open chargebacks for:

Items still in transit
-
Items delayed by the courier
-
Items awaiting pickup
-
Items delivered to the address provided
-
Items returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
Opening a chargeback in these situations is considered misuse of the chargeback system.
B. Mandatory Direct Resolution
Before filing a dispute, customers must:

Allow our team to investigate with the courier

Allow up to 10 business days for courier investigations
Failure to follow this process may result in:

Suspension of the customer account
-
Denial of future refunds
-
Reporting chargeback abuse to payment processors
C. Fraudulent Chargebacks
A chargeback may be classified as fraudulent if:

The parcel was delivered to the address the customer provided
-
The customer failed to collect the parcel
-
The customer moved away from the address without notifying us
-
The customer refused delivery
-
The customer claimed “item not received” while the tracking shows delivery
-
The customer received the product but later claimed “product unacceptable” for reasons unrelated to product quality
Fibroids Freedom reserves the right to provide evidence of delivery, customer communication, and address verification to dispute fraudulent claims.
5. Returns & Refunds

General rules:

Products must be unused and in original condition for returns

Refunds are issued after inspection

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours

Used products cannot be refunded unless defective
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site is owned or licensed by Fibroids Freedom and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Third-Party Services
We may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Incorrect addresses provided by customers

Customs delays or seizures

Any indirect or incidental damages
Maximum liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Fibroids Freedom harmless from all claims arising from your misuse of our Site or violation of these Terms.
10. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or policy violations.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
